Yeah, apparently the electric fence was invented by a Kiwi and so was the tranquiliser gun but I can't remember what the inventors' names were.
The jet boat was also invented by a Kiwi but I think everybody already knew that.

how do you invent jogging?
Oh, Road Runner, Arthur Lydiard (that was the guy's name) did not invent jogging but is accredited for popularizing it. He was also appraised as being one of the most outstanding athletics coach of all time.
